    GenSpon (“GenSpon App”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) is committed to maintaining a safe, responsible, and secure environment for all users. We take user safety seriously and comply with Google Play’s Developer Policy Center requirements and all applicable data protection and child safety regulations.

    This policy outlines the standards and practices we follow to prevent misuse of the platform and to ensure that minors are not exposed to inappropriate content or interactions.

    App Audience Declaration

    GenSpon is not designed for use by children under the age of 13. The platform is intended exclusively for brands, influencers, and professionals, and is primarily targeted at users 18 years of age and above. GenSpon does not market, promote, or position itself as a child-focused application.

    We clearly declare our target audience and age classification in the Google Play Console and restrict the app’s purpose to professional and business use cases only.

    Age Access & Usage

    GenSpon does not intentionally permit access to users under the age of 13.
    If a user is identified as being under the minimum age requirement, appropriate steps may be taken to restrict access or remove the account.

    The platform does not include features, visuals, language, or interactions intended to appeal to children.

    Data Collection & Privacy

    GenSpon does not knowingly collect, use, or store personal information from children under the age of 13.

    Personal data collected within the app is limited to what is necessary for platform functionality, such as:

    • Name or username
    • Email address
    • Contact details voluntarily provided by users

    If we become aware that personal data has been collected from a minor, such information will be deleted promptly.

    User-Generated Content & Moderation

    GenSpon allows user-generated content, including posts and campaign listings created by brands and influencers.

    To maintain a safe environment:

    • Campaigns are reviewed before being made publicly visible
    • Users can report content or accounts that appear misleading, abusive, or inappropriate
    • Content that violates platform standards is removed

    GenSpon strictly prohibits content involving:

    • Sexual or explicit material
    • Harassment, bullying, or hate speech
    • Violence or illegal activities
    • Content intended to exploit or target minors

    Advertising & Monetization

    Any advertising displayed within the GenSpon app complies with Google Play policies and applicable advertising standards.

    Ads shown on the platform:

    • Are not targeted toward children
    • Use approved ad technologies and SDKs
    • Are placed in a manner appropriate for a professional audience

    GenSpon does not display child-directed or interest-based ads for minors.

    Reporting & Safety Support

    Users may report content or behavior that violates platform guidelines or safety standards.
